Three-coat conventional, acrylic, and EIFS systems for strata, commercial, and custom homes across Greater Vancouver. We install manufacturer-spec systems from Adex and Sto, on a fixed scope, with a finish that sheds coastal rain for decades.
What's included
Every stucco system, handled in-house.
Conventional stucco
Three coats of cement plaster over self-furring lath: scratch, brown, finish. Two layers of building paper behind it, the way BCBC 9.28 asks. Heavy, breathable, and repairable for decades.
Acrylic stucco
Fibreglass mesh locked into a polymer base coat, then the finish you pick: sand float, smooth trowel, or a coarser texture. Integral colour, so a scratch doesn't show grey.
EIFS, water-managed
Insulation board over a liquid-applied weather barrier, with a 10 mm drainage cavity built into the foam. Warmer walls, higher R-value, and any water that gets in drains back out. Installed to CAN/ULC-S716.
Repairs and re-clads
Crack repair, spot patching, architectural mouldings, and full-building re-clads when the old system fails.
